We are now representing several other companies as dealers reselling communications and networking products and services that assist our customers in enjoying up-to-the-date technologies. Due to our acquisition of another major ISP, we are capable of providing substantial communications technology. We offer local voice, long distance, and integrated services, as well as pure Internet DSL and wireless high-speed services.

Company Background
At the inception of ACSinc.NET, LLC, five years ago, we were in partnership with ACS Group, Inc., d/b/a/ ACS/Advanced Computer Systems. In March of 1999, that relationship was severed when remaining ACSinc.NET interests were purchased from the partners that owned and operated ACS Group, Inc. There is no longer any connection between the two companies.
ACSinc.NET, LLC was formed as a limited liability company in February of 1996 and has been solely owned and operated by Ron and Louise Younts since March 8, 1999. The target market for ACSinc.NET is small to medium sized organizations and businesses.

Our product line is varied, but concentrated on Internet connectivity, web site development and hosting, server co-locations, and applications hosting. For the past 5 years, we have resold dialup accounts of various descriptions, particularly for out of state situations. Many of our customer companies want to deal with us even in locations where we cannot justify POPS, so we have chosen a select few companies to represent us in this market. In addition, for voice services, including local, long distance, and integrated services, we are resellers for national companies.
